About Me
Pastor Reggie C. Witherspoon, Sr. was born in Seattle, Washington. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in 1976 and preached his first sermon on September 21, 1980. He became a licensed minister in 1982, and was ordained in April 1984, under the administration of Bishop T. L. Westbrook. Pastor Witherspoon, First Lady Laura Witherspoon and the ministry are committed to the success of the family and young people. Following an initial interview, with his eldest son, Reggie, Jr., who declared his dad as his role model, the Seattle Times interviewed Pastor Witherspoon for a feature article regarding their relationship and wanted to learn more about how he has influenced the lives of his children. In addition, his youngest son and he were featured in a local commercial about the importance of fathers in the lives of their children.
